What is Building and Construction All-Risk Insurance?

Additional Information and Insurance Terms & Conditions

Comprehensive insurance of construction works protects the customer and the builder in the event of damage to the building or structure under construction caused as a result of an unexpected and unforeseen event.
In addition, it is possible to insure that which is related to construction work, for example, construction materials, construction machinery and equipment, objects in the immediate vicinity where work is performed as well as cleaning costs or other additional work after the occurrence of an insured event.
The insurance contract is valid for the duration of the construction work and is usually supplemented by a two-year warranty period.
When insuring construction and installation works, first of all, damage caused at the construction site is compensated, but if necessary, damage caused by the transportation of building materials and equipment is also covered.

Damage caused by fire (including fire fighting), explosion and lightning strike, burglary and vandalism, water damage, storms, floods and other natural disasters or negligence or incompetence of employees when performing work operations is compensated.
In addition, we also offer liability insurance that covers unlawful damage to a third party as a result of construction work.
