Change in the business name of BTA Kindlustus

BTA Group became an European company – SE BTA – by the end of February as a result of reorganisation and the name of the Estonian branch of SE BTA was changed in the Commercial Register this week, said the manager of the Estonian branch of SE BTA Olavi Laido.

“BTA has embarked on some massive changes and started with a rather complicated process – becoming a European company,” explained the manager of the Estonian branch of SE BTA Olavi Laido. “These changes have now taken effect in Estonia as well.”

“Our recent expansion to new markets and the development of the European insurance market has taken us to the situation where the creation of a European company is a logical step for a company that operates in the Baltic States, Germany, France, Poland and elsewhere in Europe,” added Laido. “It is much easier for the company to move forward with its plans and continue expanding as a European company.”
